Kogiso of Lumilinks took part in a roundtable discussion published on the note blog of GreatRIVER, a service run by amana. The article’s Japanese title translates roughly to “Creative Professionals Talk: We Keep Asking Questions as Outsiders Who Fit In.”
GreatRIVER brings creative professionals into companies as “semi-insiders” who work alongside internal teams to drive change. In this third installment of a series featuring people involved with GreatRIVER, Kogiso talked with a creative director from amana and an independent content producer.
They discussed the projects each of them works on inside client companies, why questions from an outsider help clear the hesitation and stagnation that build up in organizations, and what companies need from outside talent as AI advances. Kogiso talked about a trial that tested whether AI could recreate a large-scale workshop that a company holds every year.
The article (in Japanese) is available on GreatRIVER’s note.
